Visibilia Editore and Visibilia Concessionaria did not pay over 120,000 euros in social security contributions to the INPS for employees. Daniela Santanchè, her partner Dimitri Kunz D'Asburgo and Paolo Concordia, a personnel management consultant, are accused of aggravated fraud.

The Prosecutor's Office has delegated the InPS to ascertain the exact figure, which could rise, relating to the omitted social security payment. In a phone call recorded by her and filed in the investigation documents with a sworn report, Federica Bottiglione, former Investor Relations manager of Visiblia, said: "I found myself in a situation that I don't like"
