The Public Bar Association of CABA rejected the new Money Laundering law: it says it is unconstitutional. The reform introduced that lawyers are obliged to report irregular activities of their clients.

Ricardo Gil Lavedra, president of the entity, stated that it goes against the confidential relationship and announced that he will make a presentation. The CPACF had already expressed itself against this reform in February, through a statement in which they highlighted that the majority of cases reported to the FIU were outside the criminal and administrative sanctioning sphere.
