Laeticia Hallyday inherited a large part of Johnny's heritage when he died in 2017. She recovered his companies and the royalties generated by his music, became the owner of several homes, but also repaid all of his debts.

The latter has been trying to sell their home in Marnes-la-Coquette, in Île-de-France: La Savannah, for several years now. Spanning almost 900m², the villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a cinema room, a gym and even a 60m² outbuilding. Outside, the grounds of almost one hectare have a tennis court and a swimming pool. With an initial price of 17.9 million euros, the property never found a buyer. Taken over by the agent Nicolas Hug in 2023, the residence has thus revised its price downwards, now amounting to 10.5 million euros. Still far from the mark, Jade and Joy's mother continues to pay off the amount she owes as best she can.
