The XIII Bearzot Award - Football goes to Simone Inzaghi. The announcement at the FIGC headquarters will be delivered to CONI on 22/04.
The award jury, coordinated by the national Ansa's chief sports editor Piercarlo Presutti, met in the morning to make the decision. The special lifetime achievement award was also awarded to Livio Berruti, former Italian sprinter and Olympic gold medalist in the 200m at the Rome '60 Games. Matteo Marcenaro as the winner of the award named in memory of Stefano Farina, referee who passed away in 2017.
