Salma Hayek posted a video of herself meditating with an owl on her head. The Mexican actress has never hidden her affection for the owl, named Kering.
Kering is in homage to the luxury company run by her husband, François-Henri Pinault. The 57-year-old actress practices meditation to “slow down skin aging,” she said in an episode of the American podcast Let's talk off camera, broadcast in July 2023.. Five minutes during the day is enough to feel “powerful” effects, she said. "When I do it, sometimes when I walk out of the room, people say to me, 'Oh my God. You look like you're 20 years old,'" the actress said in the podcast, which will be released in the U.S. on July 20, 2023, and in the UK on July 21, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029.
