The 16-year-old stabbed his teacher at an institute in Abbiategrasso, in Milan. The boy is now in the neuropsychiatric ward - where he is crying and where tomorrow the juvenile judge will go.
It will be up to the judge to decide whether to order a precautionary measure. The validation of the measure is expected for tomorrow (ANSA) and will take place in the hospital. The investigating judge will decide on arrest validation (ANSO) and it will be held tomorrow, June 1.
