The judicial police denounced three of the 15 immigrants who were on board the Turkish ship to carry weapons. The 13 male men will be accompanied to a reception centre; the two women, one pregnant, are instead in hospital for investigations.
The Galata Seaway ship, which was headed to France, will remain for the moment in Naples, where it was escorted last night after the intervention of the San Marco marines. The ordinary procedures provided for migrants will be applied, pending assessments that the Naples prosecutor's office will make in the coming days.
