Two more weeks to communicate construction bonuses to the taxman. Over two weeks more for condominium administrators required to send to the Tax Office the data relating to the energy saving and renovation interventions carried out in 2023 on the common areas of the condominium.
The deadline for communication has, in fact, been postponed from 16 March to 4 April 2024. The same extension is for the options relating to remaining unused installments of the deductions for construction bonuses relating to expenses incurred in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
