Georg Kleesattel and Martin Stellmacher are unexpectedly appearing at “Rock meets Classic” in the Olympiahalle on Sunday. The duo actually designed their program for the living room.

They cover “Heaven can wait” by Meat Loaf or “Here comes the Flood’ by Peter Gabriel. The name of the program: “Beers and Ballads”. The 52-year-old native of Eichstätter used to be a journalist and works as a press spokesman for the Deutsches Theater. He's not entirely inexperienced either, having almost four decades of passionate hard rock performance in youth clubs and beer tents. He also played Riff Raff in the ‘Rocky Horror Show’ and Judas in “Jesus Christ Superstar” With the Austropop project Austria EI he performed at the Winter Tollwood Festival - and his tribute band Tommy Who! (on piano: Martin Stllmacher) plays her rock opera program.
