"It's time to take back what is ours," Zalzhny said. Meanwhile, the secretary of the National Security Council Oleksy Danilov told the BBC that Ukraine was ready to launch the counter offensive. He stressed that the Ukrainian government has "no right to make mistakes" on the decision.
