Urethral cancer: Tumor can be recognized by the consistency of urine. Blood in the urine (hematuria) can be visible or invisible and can be a sign of urethral carcinoma.
Other signs may include an increased urge to urinate and a narrowing of the urethra. Painful urination Weakened urine stream or dribbling. Discomfort after sexual intercourse. Urethral caruncle: Small, benign ulcer, about the size of a pea, turns malignant.
