Video: a traffic police officer knocked out a 17-year-old motorcyclist in Villa La Angostura. The young man suffered fractures to his face and extremities.
The agent works in a section of San Martín de los Andes and was reported. "It is not understood what was going through the traffic agent's head. No one can explain what triggered this," says the lawyer of the attacked young man, Cristian Pettorosso. The officer involved is 27 years old and has been in the Force for 3 years.
