Vivendi sells its festivals and ticketing internationally. The group is separating itself from all of its festivals as well as its international ticketing activity, sold to the European heavyweight CTS Eventim.

Gone are events like Garorock, which brought together 150,000 festival-goers in the South-West last summer, or even Junction 2, the high mass of electro music in Great Britain. These activities, which employ 500 people in nine countries, generated a turnover of 137 million euros last year.
