Von der Leyen, 'first 4.5 billion fund for Kiev in March' - last minute. Brussels is moving towards "extending for one year" the solidarity lanes to encourage Ukrainian exports.

This was announced by the President of the EU Commission Ursula von derLeyen at a press conference in Kiev, explaining that, without affecting the single market, Brussels is going to extend solidarity lanes for a year.
