The Council of Europe summit will discuss how to make Russia responsible for the war in Ukraine. The EU will promote the establishment of a register of the damage caused by Moscow during the conflict.
Japan has made economic security a central theme and the Commission intends to adopt a strategy in this regard in June. The concept is "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine" and means strong support for President Volodymyr Zelensky's peace plan.
