The island is located in the Patagonia region, off the west coast of Chile, and combines long and pristine beaches, lagoons and lakes, jungles, wild animals that have never met a human before. As of today, not a single house exists there.

To access the remote island, international visitors must travel to Santiago International Airport in Chile, then to Balmesada Airport, and then take a boat or helicopter to the island's territory. According to the real estate agent who listed the house for sale, Jeff Berger of Hall and Hall, the seller of the island is not willing to be identified.
