Arab broadcaster Al Jazeera and the Palestinian news agency Wafa say that a 19-year-old boy was shot dead in the head by Israeli soldiers. The boy was on board a vehicle in Kharb al-Lahm, in the West Bank, when he was killed.
The incident is being investigated by the Israeli army's Internal Security Forces (ISF) and the Israeli military's Military Intelligence Service (MIS). The incident occurred in the village of Kharb Al-L Lahm, near the city of Nablus.
