Be particularly careful with sugar, aluminum and plastic. Some leftover food, plastic and aluminum foil can burn into glass ceramics - this is particularly serious with sugary foods. If the detergent is not sufficiently heat-resistant, it can burn in and cause irreparable discoloration. When using it, you should always wipe thoroughly with water. Chemically aggressive cleaning agents of this type are unsuitable.
