"My health, my right". This is the theme chosen for World Health Day. At least 140 countries recognize health as a human right in the Constitution. But too many are not passing and implementing laws to guarantee a greater right to access health services, WHO says.. More than half of the world's population were still not fully covered by essential health services in 2021, according to WHO, which estimates that 4.5 billion people will not be fully covered in 2021.
