Young penguin gets lost on tarmac and paralyzes air traffic. He waddled across the asphalt and ensured an unforgettable effort for everyone involved.
The penguin, estimated to be six weeks old, had obviously fledged and had fledged possibly lost on his way home. After his rescue, the penguin was taken to Wellington Zoo, where he was able to rest and is now being cared for. Despite being thin in stature and slightly underweight, the bird was in good health.
