[HIGHLIGHTS] Zelensky, 483 children killed by Russians, a thousand mutilated

Russian forces have killed at least 483 children in Ukraine since the beginning of the war. President Volodymyr Zelensky said at a conference marking International Children's Day.

"For 15 months, Russian aggression and terror have not only destroyed buildings. They are destroying the basic human rights of our children," he said in a speech in Rome on the occasion of International Children’s Day. The most important inalienable right of a child is the right to life. A right that Russia has taken away from at least483 Ukrainian children.
