Laurent and Magali Guérin are deaf farmers from Plénée-Jugon (Côtes-d'Armor) They are one of eight farmers who testify in a collection from the Chamber of Agriculture of Brittany. “We are completely capable and independent despite what some hearing people may think, it's possible! » explains Magali in sign language.
The couple works hand-in-hand, and communicates in signlanguage. The couple's story is featured in a new book, The Deaf Farmers of Brittany, published by Biteback.
