"Creators of the Common" is an exhibition of paintings by women victims of violence. Paintings by about 30 women will be displayed in the exhibition until April 12.
The women and their children created the paintings while they were in the shelter, as part of a rehabilitation-therapeutic process. "Creative expression is another way of psychological help for women staying in shelters, to deal with traumatic experiences," said Verdit Danziger, the association's CEO. The exhibition will be on display in the social gallery at Dizengoff Center, building B, 1st floor.
