The Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv ordered the extension of the detention of network star Elad Levy by five days. Eight complaints were filed against Levy according to which he committed sexual offenses and even rape.

Some of the complainants were minors at the time of the alleged sexual assault. Levy himself opened his mouth and said that confrontations took place between him and three complainants. The judge commented on the police's request to extend the detention by another 8 days: "You are turning a blind eye to the difficulty of the evidence" He added that he had already considered releasing him to house, but there are still actions that could disrupt the investigation, and therefore is extending his detention for five more days. The suspect is being held under house arrest and I believe that in the next hearing he will be released to an alternative to detention," said Levy's attorney Shai Shurer, who represents Levy. The police claimed that they referred to the same recording in their investigation, although they attribute a different interpretation to it at this stage.
