Karolin Kandler (38) is the new face of ProSieben News and presents "Newstime" almost daily at 18 p.m. Previously, the mother of two spent four years at ARD and hosted the "Tagesschau" until 2022.

Now the TV celebrity looked back and revealed that this time was hardly worth it financially. She spent 550 euros for a hotel, 500 euros for train travel and sometimes up to 900 euros for two babysitters when her mother couldn't help.
