The butchers' guild Mittelfranken-Mitte is also dissatisfied with the decision on breakfast and criticizes. The organizers emphasize that the vegan and vegetarian diet is becoming more and more important, but they do not prohibit anyone from doing anything. They see the event as a sustainable major event and therefore attach great importance to organic products.
