"He performs his duties exquisitely," the Government's defense of the Minister of Health in the midst of the historic dengue outbreak. Spokesman Manuel Adorni said it, when he was consulted about the questionable management of Mario Russo.
"Minister Russo has the full support of the president. And if he has full support it is because we consider that he performing his duties as health minister exqu isitely," he stated. The Government came out to defend its work and maintained that "it performs its tasks exquisibly"
