French diver Alexis Jandard starred in a blooper on national television and in front of his president. While he was preparing to dive, his balance failed him and he ended up slipping in a comical way.
He hit his back against the trampoline and fell in such a spectacular way that the scene seemed like something out of a gag movie. The athlete, to the peace of mind of locals and strangers, did not suffer physical injuries, but his pride was badly hit. "It was the worst time for this to happen to me, but I take it as a joke," commented the 26-year-old.
