The Federal Justice arrested and prosecuted three agents for kidnapping a marijuana flower seller in Tucumán. They captured him at his home in a private neighborhood and held him at headquarters until his mother paid $240,000 at the police headquarters.

He is the fourth similar case discovered since 2021. Police officers who kidnap small drug sellers, charge them a ransom to release them or not file a case against them, and do so openly with such impunity that they even use an official office as a place of captivity.
