The four settlers were directly involved in attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank. One of the settlers led a riot in the village of Hawara, in which masked men violently attacked residents, which eventually led to the death of a Palestinian.
According to the presidential order, assets and bank accounts in the United States of the four settlers will be frozen. There will be a ban on trading with them or transferring funds to them through the American banking system and they will not be able to enter the U.S.
