Popular, Socialists, Left, Liberals and Greens will support the agreement on the directive on the energy efficiency of buildings, known as green homes. Vote to be held on Tuesday 12 March at the plenary of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
MEPs are called upon to confirm the political agreement reached on 7 December with the member countries. The rapporteur of the text for the European Chamber, the Irishman Ciaran Cuffe of the Greens, declared himself "confident" about the outcome of the vote.
