Three people were injured with knives during a brawl in Évreux (Eure) at the end of last week. The brawl took place between individuals belonging to the Chechen community and people of African origin.
A flagrant investigation was opened and entrusted to the Evreux police station and the Rouen judicial police for attempted homicides and aggravated violence. To date, investigations are continuing and no arrests have yet been made. The city had witnessed numerous riots after the death of Nahel (Hauts-de-Seine) during a road check on June 27.
