“Dream Ship” ship doctor Horst Naumann dies. Naumann was able to look back on a career in theater, film, television and radio plays that spanned more than 50 years.
His screen career began in the early 1950s in films from the East German DEFA studios. He moved to West Germany and was seen primarily in numerous popular ZDF series from the 1960s onwards. The Dresden native was also a sought-after voice actor with hundreds of speaking roles.
