According to Oryx, Russian losses include at least 2,856 tanks, of which 1,886 were destroyed. Russia lost 106 planes and 135 helicopters in the air. But Moscow also suffered losses of 21 ships and submarines on the water. The Russian army is also apparently continuing to suffer heavy losses in terms of personnel.
