The start of construction for the senior living facility of the Living in Old Age Board of Trustees (KWA) in Ambach has been delayed again. The reason is new planning, as KWA board member Dr.
Johannes Rückert announced in a press release. The aim is to design the over-planning within the framework of the existing building permit and the existing implementation contract. The buildings designed by star architect Matteo Thun, the number of a maximum of 80 apartments and the promised day care for non-residents remain. KWA expects the replanning to “increase interest in the market and ultimately have a positive impact on the operation of the residential facility” The local council will decide in May whether construction will begin at a later date. It had already been requested for autumn 2024 - but at the same time shows understanding. The company is currently working on innovative housing and care concepts anyway and wants to see the results inAmbach for the first time realize.
