Shamseddine, 15, was beaten to death by a group of hooded young people. He had just come out of music class in Viry-Châtillon, in Essonne.
The investigation opened by the Évry public prosecutor's office will have to shed light on this murder. The reasons for which remain unclear for the moment. According to several police sources in Le Figaro, young Shamseddines was not part of any rival gang. This could have explained violent reprisals.
