Léon Marchand is a three-time world champion in the 200m butterfly, 200m medley and 400m medleys. The 21-year-old is preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The French swimmer says he is reaching his peak in his sport. Marchand could line up in the 4x200m and 4x100m Medley relays if his form allows him, but it is not yet clear if he will take part in the final of the relay.
