Anaël is finishing her last year of agricultural engineering studies at ESA in Angers. The 24-year-old young woman is specialized in viticulture and oenology.
She intends to get into the vineyard after finishing her studies, in France or abroad. “I have always loved science! It's thanks to that that I made this choice and also because my parents had a restaurant and I told myself that I would never have a restaurant in my life,” she says.
