Joseph Vaz was sentenced to six years in prison for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. The court expressed its great concern at the dangerousness of this man with assumed sexual deviance.
“Every time you get out of prison, you reoffend. This is the first time I have dealt with such a worrying profile,” judge said. The facts with which he is accused are simple but they hide a difficult case, with extremely high stakes, prosecutor said.
