Maurice Chatelet, 100, will carry the Olympic flame in Loiret on July 10, 2024. Born on September 2, 1923 in Saint-Amand-Montrond in Cher, Maurice dedicated nearly 80 years of his life to the world of sport.
“The recipe I would give is to always stay active. You have to walk, take part in activities, not be afraid of getting tired but also eat healthily,” he tells ENT.“I was surprised that it was offered to an old man like me!”
