[HIGHLIGHTS] “If you take me back there, I’ll kill myself”: diving into these establishments for disabled people where mistreatment reigns

Families and caregivers have been denouncing mistreatment against people with disabilities in certain medical-social establishments for several years. The government reacted immediately by announcing the launch of a campaign of unannounced checks in all social and medico- social establishments.
