Around a hundred birds have taken up residence in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. A solitary old lady, whom her neighbors have taken to calling ‘Madame Pigeon’ welcomes and feeds the birds from her balcony.
“She’s been here for years. We know her very little, testifies Adrien, a 32-year-old neighbor. All we see of her is her arm sticking out of the window or balcony. It's a bit terrifying. The pigeons make a crazy noise!"
