Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. It is the home of the Michelin-starred Bocuse d'Or restaurant.

The restaurant was founded in 1965 by Paul Bocuses, who died in 2007. It has been transformed into a museum of gastronomy, with a special focus on Bocus d'Orsay, the son of the founder of the restaurant. It was also the site of the first Michelin restaurant in the world, which opened in 1966.
