For 15 years, the town of Marignane, near Marseille, has been facing a proliferation of wild pigs. Last December, no fewer than 600 pigs were counted in the town, some of which were wandering the streets of the town.

Brigitte-Bardot Foundation is finally putting its nose into the matter to try to stem the phenomenon. The pigs are castrated. Enclosures are built to separate them, but some of the pigs continue to wander peacefully in the city.
