A nine-month-old baby who tried to protect her from the attacker died in hospital from her serious injuries. The 40-year-old man was known to the police with mental problems and had struggled with mental health problems since his youth, police said. The police identified him hours later and ruled out a terrorist motive, saying he had no ideological or other specific motive for the attack..
