“Night of solidarity”: why does the city of Bordeaux register all the homeless?. During the third edition of the “solidarity night”, several hundred people without housing, in camps and in slums were identified.
“If this observation scale of a territory is essential, contributing to a national analysis is also essential in order to help make visible the situation of homelessness as a whole,” specifies the town hall. The first results of this system reveal that 466 people are on the streets and 347 in slum, including 202 children.
