Nearly 73% of these young people self-censor. Remuneration (65%) comes first, followed by location (52%) and hours (45%) “They underestimate their skills”, says Article 1 co-founder Benjamin Blavier, an association committed to equal opportunities. “We have an important responsibility to show and demonstrate that we are listening and we must give them confidence,” says Florence Cauvet, HR Director of Sanofi France.
