The work of healthcare workers in the Gaza Strip has changed significantly since the start of the war. They now have to deal with shortages of medical equipment, medicines and daily bombings.

Beyond emergencies, it has become almost unthinkable to travel for small and major everyday ailments. These infections that break out in shelters, these chronic illnesses that the war has not erased, are still at work.
