A 33-year-old man from Maurepas (Yvelines) was taken into police custody during the night from Thursday to Friday in Essonne. He is suspected of having killed his two children, his 3-year old girl and his 19-month-old boy.
On his instructions, the two small bodies were found in the trunk of a car, parked near a recycling center in Forges-les-Bains (Essonne) The mother of the two children,. aged 32, who had taken refuge with one of her sisters, is safe and sound. One of the young woman's brothers, in shock, testifies and recounts the hours which preceded the tragedy. “She (her sister) decided to file a complaint at the police station for domestic violence (Editor's note: which we were unable to confirm). And she did it this Thursday. After that, she didn't dare to go home. Her partner went to pick up the children from daycare and returned home,” continues this relative.
