The French team made up of thirteen wrestlers will try to win as many tickets as possible for the Olympics during the EUR qualification tournament. Koumba Larroque is the only wrestler to have so far won her ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympics thanks to her bronze medal at the last World Championships in Belgrade last September.
This is the penultimate chance for the Blues to secure an Olympic ticket before the World TQO in Istanbul (Turkey) from May 9 to 12. “We hope for a maximum of qualified people, but we have to be aware of the level and the potential that we have in the collective,” says Yvon Riemer.
